Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any mis-shipment claims, or damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the shipment according to the tracking info.

Our products are ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR ADVANCED USERS! We recommend to research the product before buying to make sure it will suit your needs.

The EVL Vapors will not cover (and is not limited to) the following:

​

  • User Error

  • Misuse

  • Mishandling

  • Improper pairing of devices

  • Damage

  • General Wear and Tear

  • Water Damage

  • Shock Damage

If the customer cannot identify the exact faulty component, the customer may send the device in to EVL Vapors for diagnosis at the customer's shipping expense. If a faulty component can be identified, it will be replaced. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
